Worldwide there are several Walkervilles - two in Australia, two in the United States, two in the United Kingdom, one in Canada and even in a children's story book where Walkerville is the home of the Magic School Bus.
This site is dedicated to the district in South Africa and the people, the places and the events that contribute towards making our Walkerville the unique area it is.
Our aim is to promote the image of Walkerville and to give everyone, wherever they may be, an insight into what makes Walkerville in South Africa tick. In addition, it is hoped that it will become a reference for anyone wanting information on what is available in the area.
